I don't think this is unfinished nor is it finished. It's stuck in limbo lolololol; so I'll submit it as is. I didn't use a reference so the anatomy is quite off, but I'm happy with it. Tools: Pchat for sketch. Photoshop for colors. Comments

i like how it's messy and kind of neat at the same time. like how it's finished but not. you draw contradicting images, you. -- “Rune...” “No, really, Éclair. I say, you should leave it unfinished. It looks nice just as it is. I like the color choices~ Red and blue made a nice combo~ *o* But I really like how the face is a little off to the side, instead of dead center like most typical portraits.
